My Goal: Having My Own Designer Label

My plan to achieve my goal:

I plan to work in technical design as an assistant for a couple of years or until I am ready to move up. Using it as an opportunity to develop my skills and gain experience under someone who is established in the industry. Once I feel I am ready, I will work as a lead technical designer. From there, I will work on that for 2-3 years and, once I feel I am experienced enough with a good understanding of the industry, I will begin working on my own label.
